  • Length of Retreat



    Anywhere from 3 days to 1 month or more. The recommended time is between 7-10 days.

    Retreats can be an intensive model, with activities scheduled for every day, or can include days off for professionals to tend to their business during the retreat.

  • Medicine Ceremonies



    AYAHUASCA
     Anywhere from 1 to 10 ceremonies (3 is the recommendation), intensive (every other day), or more spaced out.

    WACHUMA (San Pedro)
     Whereas Ayahuasca ceremonies are indoors, usually during the night, the Wachuma ceremonies are outdoors in the day, usually combined with hikes to Sacred Sites. For example:

    ~ 1 Wachuma hike to the mystical lagoons.
    ~ 1 Wachuma hike to mystical lagoons + 1 Wachuma hike to a sacred mountain
    ~ Wachuma microdosing is an option to help the integration process.




  • Preparation + Integration



    Preparation can begin months before the actual trip to Peru, if this is desired.

    Integration takes place in the days between ceremonies, in special integration sessions.

    However, integration work can continue in the weeks and months (via Zoom sessions) following your return home. Entirely customizable to tend to your needs.

  • Lodging



    The Sacred Valley is one of the global hubs for Retreat Centers. So depending on the budget and desire of your group you can stay in:

    What kind of food do you want during the retreat?

    The Sacred Valley is full of mysterious and powerful sites, with stonework that defies explanation. Depending on the priorities of your group, arrangements can be made for day trips, or longer trips. For example:

    Machu Picchu, sites in Cusco, Pisac ruins, Ollantaytambo temple, lesser known sacred sites (wakas), Lake Titicaca, innumerable archeological mysteries.

  • Outdoor Adventures


    Some groups may be more inclined to outdoor adventures. This is an incredible way to integrate the medicine ceremonies. Some outdoor adventures pair well with Wachuma microdosing. Some options include:

    Hiking to and upon sacred mountains and/or mysterious sites, kayaking in lagoons, fishing, motorcycle tours, bicycle tours, camping, exploring the Amazonian cloud forest.

  • Education


    Andrew Camargo (founder, primary guide and shaman) is a teacher of esotericism, alchemy, sacred history, psychedelic shamanism, spiritual self-defence, sacred activism, psychology, Rosicrucianism and Anthroposophy. If the group is seeking for more knowledge in these matters, seminars can be offered in:

Meet the First Guide, Shaman, Therapist, Teacher:

First I’ll give you the surface details. If you are interested to know the deeper details, please watch the video below.

I was born at the end of 1979. I grew up in a suburb outside of Toronto, Canada, in a family of psychologists.

In 1998, I studied literature and psychoanalysis at Yale University, getting my B.A. in 2002.

In 1999, during my second year of University, my shamanic calling arrived.

In 2003, I started studying sacred mushrooms and various psychedelics.

In 2007, I studied Depth (Jungian) Psychology, Mythology and Education at the Pacifica Graduate Institute, getting my M.A. in 2009.

Also in 2007, I began my initiation into the lineage of Santo Daime (an entheogenic, esoteric shamanic Christic tradition that uses transubstantiated ayahuasca as a sacrament).

Since then (over the past 18 years) I have participated in approximately 900 Santo Daime ceremonies, in Brazil, Canada, the United States, and Peru, making frequent visits to my elders to continue my training and initiation.

In 2016 I created The School of Modern Soul Science - an online school devoted to guiding Westerners going through modern day shamanic initiatory crisis. The curriculum draws on Jungian psychology, shamanic studies, Western alchemy and esotericism, mythology, and Rudolf Steiner’s Anthroposophy.

In 2019 I moved to the Sacred Valley of Peru with my wife and daughter. That same year we opened the first Santo Daime center in Peru. Since then we've been conducting regular ceremonial works, and nurture a thriving spiritual community.

I have been leading ceremonies (and making and serving the medicine) for the past 6 years.

In 2025, I received a call to open Magnum Opus Retreats, and receive those who resonate with what I'm offering.
